Welcome, wanderer, to the moon of Endor (well, our Discord server, but we like to imagine). Whether you’re a fresh recruit or a grizzled veteran of galactic conflict, these rules help keep our tribe united, fun-loving, and free from drama. Read them. Live them. Pass the roasted rootleaf stew.
Ewoks might be small, but our hearts are huge. Every being in this community deserves to be treated with dignity and kindness. You must not engage in racism, sexism, bigotry, hate speech, bullying, or targeted harassment of any kind. We are a multicultural, intergalactic community where everyone is welcome, regardless of their background.
This is a family-friendly mature adult outpost, not Jabba’s palace. You must not post or share anything illegal, unethical, sexually explicit, graphically violent, or politically divisive. If your grandma, little cousin, or a Jedi Youngling wouldn’t approve, neither do we.
No one wants to hear your echoing mic, 200 emojis, or endless keyboard mashing. You must not spam messages, pings, links, or audio in any of our channels. Use each channel for its intended purpose and respect the space you’re in.
Clicking unknown links is like hugging a wampa and it rarely ends well. You must never post phishing attempts, viruses, or anything designed to harm or compromise others. This includes suspicious links, downloads, or trick content.
This is not the Outer Rim. We protect our own. You must not recruit for outside clans, guilds, or Discords without clear permission from YubNub leadership. If you’re part of YubNub, then YubNub is your home. Treat it with loyalty and care.
We have specific areas for promoting your streams, content, or side projects. You must not advertise or self-promote outside of the approved channels. This includes unsolicited messages or content shared in voice chat, DMs, or general chat.
We don’t cheat. We don’t exploit. And we don’t glitch-farm like Jawas on a caffeine binge. You must never cheat, use bots, abuse mechanics, or engage in any behaviour that gives an unfair advantage in games. Honour, teamwork, and clean fun are what we stand for.
Your actions inside and outside this server reflect back on all of us. When you carry the YubNub name, you carry our values of honesty, kindness, teamwork, and positivity. Toxic behaviour, drama-stirring, or elitist attitudes have no place here. Be the kind of player others want on their crew.
We’re here to escape, to laugh, to build memories, and to yell “YUBNUB!” over voice chat during the weirdest possible moments. Gaming should never feel like a second job. Take breaks, laugh off your fails, share your bloopers, and celebrate small wins. If you’re not having fun, talk to an admin or open a ticket as we’re here to help make your experience better.
Regular voice chat helps build strong bonds and strengthen the tribe. If you are an active member of the community, we encourage you to hang out in voice chat when possible; especially during game nights, raids, or community events. Bring good energy, be inclusive, and help make our chats a safe and happy place for all.
Whether you are from Tatooine, Earth, or somewhere in between, you are welcome here. YubNub is a global community made up of people from different countries, backgrounds, belief systems, and identities. That diversity is our strength. Treat everyone with kindness and curiosity, not judgment. Be mindful of cultural differences. Avoid stereotypes and assumptions. Never make jokes or comments at the expense of someone’s race or gender. If someone tells you something you said or did made them uncomfortable then please listen, and be better. If you see something wrong, speak up or report it to an admin.
Ewoks cuddle trees, not strangers on Discord. YubNub is a place for gaming, friendship, and adventure; not for flirting, hitting on people, or prowling for dates. You must not make suggestive or romantic comments toward others, especially if you’ve been asked to stop. You must not slide into people’s DMs with romantic or creepy intentions. Make friends, build teams, share memes, and enjoy the tribe. That’s what we’re here for. If two people do connect naturally? That’s lovely, but it must be mutual, private, and respectful. Never let it come at the cost of someone’s comfort or the community’s safety.
